Thank you for shopping with Chaoslings. Because many of our products are collectible art items and small-batch accessories, we ask that you review our policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, undamaged physical items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition
The item must be returned in original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A photo of the item
A photo of the packaging

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for verified damaged or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

Used or worn items
Digital downloads (if applicable)
Clearance or final sale items
Custom or limited edition pieces

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
