Refund & Return Policy
 

At Chaoslings, every collectible is created with care and individually inspected before it leaves the studio. Because many items are handmade or made-to-order, slight variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
 

Returns

We accept returns of unused, undamaged physical items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused and in its original condition.

• Item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was received.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

• Photos of any visible shipping damage

Once reviewed, we'll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
 

Handmade Nature

Many Chaoslings creations are individually 3D printed and hand finished.

Small variations in texture, layer lines, or finish are normal characteristics of handcrafted pieces and are not considered defects.
 

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started or an item has shipped, cancellations are no longer available.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom or personalized creations

• Made-to-order pieces

• Digital products (if offered)
   

Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of shipping damage or our error.
