Shipping Policy
 

Chaoslings are original, individually fabricated and hand-finished works of art. Many pieces include delicate sculptural details, botanicals, fabric, leather, metal, living plants, illumination or other mixed-media elements. Every order is packed with care to help protect the artwork on its journey to you.
 
Where We Ship
 

Chaoslings currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
 
Processing Time
 

Orders typically ship within 48 hours of purchase. Most individually hand-finished pieces are complete and ready to ship when listed.
 

Some repeatable pieces, including certain unfinished or all-white designs, may be fabricated as needed if one is not currently available in studio inventory. If an order requires additional time beyond the normal processing window, you will be contacted.
 

Processing times may also be affected by weekends, holidays or circumstances outside normal studio operations.
 
Shipping Rates
 

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, quantity and packing requirements of the artwork in your order.
 

Because Chaoslings range from small collectibles to larger and more delicate mixed-media sculptures, different pieces may require different box sizes and levels of protective packaging.
 
Tracking & Delivery
 

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
 

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by weather, carrier delays and other circumstances outside the control of Chaoslings.
 

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery or a package returned to sender may be the responsibility of the customer.
 
Hand-Finished Character & Intentional Variation
 

Chaoslings are artwork—not factory-produced collectibles.
 

Each piece is individually fabricated and finished by hand. Weathering, aging, surface texture, fabrication or cleanup marks, distressed or worn sculptural details, paint and wash variations, frayed textiles and other irregularities may be intentional parts of the finished artwork.
 

Mixed-media and natural elements such as dried botanicals, living air plants, fabric, leather and similar materials will naturally vary in appearance, shape, texture and color.

These characteristics are part of the individual nature of Chaoslings and are not considered defects or shipping damage.

For individually finished and numbered artwork, product photographs represent the actual finished piece whenever indicated in the listing.
 
Delicate & Natural Elements
 

Some Chaoslings contain delicate botanical or mixed-media details. Minor movement, shedding or settling of dried natural materials can occur during shipping and does not necessarily indicate damage to the artwork.

Living air plants are natural organisms and will vary in size, shape and appearance. Care instructions should be followed after arrival.
 
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
 

Despite careful packaging, shipping damage can occasionally occur.

If your Chaosling arrives with significant damage such as a broken sculptural component, major crack or other damage clearly caused during transit, please contact Chaoslings as soon as possible after delivery.

Please keep the artwork, shipping box and all original packing materials. Photographs of the damaged artwork, the shipping container and the packaging may be required so the damage can be evaluated and, when applicable, a carrier claim can be submitted.

Do not discard the packaging until the issue has been resolved.
 
Lost or Missing Packages
 

If tracking shows unusual delays or a package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact Chaoslings so the shipment can be reviewed with the carrier.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, first check around the delivery location and with household members, neighbors or your local carrier. Chaoslings will assist with available carrier information, but cannot guarantee replacement of packages confirmed by the carrier as successfully delivered.
 
Print-on-Demand Items
 

Some Chaoslings merchandise, including certain tote bags, may be produced and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partner. These items may ship separately from handcrafted Chaoslings artwork and may have different processing times, shipping charges and tracking information.
