Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Chaoslings. Every order is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before it leaves the studio.

Processing Times

Handmade Chaoslings Creations

Most handmade and 3D printed collectibles—including Bloomstones, Relics, Altars, and other studio creations—ship within 2–5 business days.

Some larger or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time. If so, we'll contact you with an estimated ship date.

Print-on-Demand Products

Print-on-demand items, such as tote bags, typically ship within 3–6 business days before entering transit. If your order contains both handmade and print-on-demand products, they may arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Every order includes a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package has been shipped. You'll be able to follow your order from our studio to your doorstep.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging every Chaoslings creation to help ensure it arrives safely. Collectibles are securely packed using protective materials designed to minimize damage during transit.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We'll review the damage and work with you to provide a replacement when appropriate.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery estimates are outside of our control.
