Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods, new releases, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment
International: 7–21 business days after shipment (varies by country)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable).
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Chaoslings is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Chaoslings is not responsible for carrier delays.
If your package appears lost:

Check with your local post office.
Verify your shipping address.
Contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim when possible.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue.

International Customers
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Chaoslings is not responsible for customs delays.
