By accessing this website, purchasing artwork or merchandise, or otherwise using the services available through chaoslings.com, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Online Shop
Chaoslings offers original artwork, individually fabricated and hand-finished creations, mixed-media sculptures and other merchandise.
Products may be available in limited quantities, as one-of-a-kind or numbered works, or as repeatable designs. Availability can change without notice.
Submitting an order does not guarantee fulfillment if an item has become unavailable because of an inventory error, technical issue or other unusual circumstance. If Chaoslings cannot fulfill an order, the customer will be contacted and any applicable payment will be refunded.
Artwork & Individual Variation
Chaoslings are artwork—not factory-produced collectibles.
Individual pieces may vary in paint, washes, weathering, fabrication, surface texture, sculptural details, botanicals, textiles, leather, metal, living plants and other mixed-media elements.
Some Chaoslings are intentionally distressed, aged, weathered or imperfect in appearance. These characteristics are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.
Natural materials and living plants will also vary in appearance and may change over time.
For individually finished and numbered artwork, product photographs represent the actual finished piece whenever indicated in the listing.
Product Information
Chaoslings makes reasonable efforts to present product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, colors, included components and other information accurately.
Colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography and the display settings of your device.
Measurements may be approximate, particularly for irregular sculptural and mixed-media artwork.

Prices & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Chaoslings may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed and accepted.
Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be shown during checkout when required.
Payments are processed through payment services available through the website. An order may be canceled if payment cannot be successfully processed or if the transaction is identified as potentially fraudulent or unauthorized.
