Grim Rose – White Skull and Rose Bloomstone | Chaoslings

Every garden has to feed on something.

Grim Rose is a white skull and rose Bloomstone from the Chaoslings studio, with a small skull emerging from the center of an enormous sculpted bloom.

Layers of curling petals surround the skull, creating a piece that shifts between something beautiful and something slightly less reassuring depending on which angle you're looking from. The monochromatic white finish keeps the focus on the deep floral textures, hollow eyes and organic sculptural form.

Grim Rose can be displayed on its own or paired with a full-size Moonspire Altar and flickering LED tea light. When illuminated from below, warm light moves through the open areas beneath the rose and casts shadows through the petals and skull.
