Thistlewick – 4 Inch White Floral Dragon | Chaoslings

Some dragons hide in caves. Thistlewick found a flower and decided that was close enough.

Thistlewick is a 4 inch white floral dragon from the Chaoslings studio, curled beneath an enormous bloom that towers over the little creature below.

The monochromatic white finish leaves the sculpted form to do all the work. Large overlapping petals create a canopy above Thistlewick, while the dragon’s curled body, wings and organic textures emerge from beneath the flower. From different angles, the bloom nearly swallows the little dragon hiding underneath it.

Thistlewick contains no living air plant and can be displayed on his own or paired with a full-size Moonspire Altar and flickering LED tea light. Once illuminated from below, warm light moves through the open areas beneath the flower and creates shadows across the petals and dragon.
